  • Ownership: Once delivered, the shop is yours to manage. We retain no ownership or control over your Etsy account or profits.
  • Usage: Shops are for personal or business use on Etsy only. Reselling our service as your own is prohibited.
  • Revisions: One round of revisions is included within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions may incur fees.
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for Etsy account suspensions, sales performance beyond the guarantee, or changes to Etsy’s policies.

Refund Policy & All Done Guarantee

At Resell Academy, your satisfaction is our priority. Here’s our refund policy, including the All Done Guarantee:

  • All Done Guarantee: If your Etsy shop does not achieve a sale within 30 days of delivery, we’ll refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked. The only requirement is that the shop remains active on Etsy during this period.
  • Other Refunds: Refunds outside the guarantee are not offered once shop creation begins. If you cancel before work starts, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
  • Process: To request a refund, contact us using the contact options on this website with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
